1.Send a letter Servicing Time:9:00 am~5:00 pm Mon-Fri, after 3:00 pm sent a mail the next day.(postmark for the day 17:00 pm.)
2.Services items:
(1)Consignment of stamps、standard envelopes an postcards.
(2)Handing sending and receiving of registered certified mail and all domestic packages.
(3)Please contact the off-campus post office regarding foreign packages, registered mails, domestic and international express mails
(4)Please note the postal code.

How to recive your mails
() Rregular mails
1.Faculty and staff shall pick up their mails by showing the mail or package numbers.
2.Students
(1)Mails will be dispatched to students’ department offices and students shall pick them up by showing their department and year of study.
(2)Students living in the school dormitory shall have dormitory cadre pick up mails in their behalf at the post office.
(3)Mails or packages not indicating intended recepients or related information will be returned after 15 days of mail-claiming announcement.
(二) Special registered mail & packages
1.Students
(1)Please log on the Students Registered Mail Enquiry System for information about the mails & packages before 5 pm every day.( http://163.23.1.82/ga_main/ga_post/index.jsp?receiver=&addr=)
(2)Time:9:00 am~5:00 pm.
(3)Documents required:Student ID card.
(4)Location: DAYEH Postal Agency(A104).
2.Faculty:Faculty and staff shall pick up their mails by showing the mail or package numbers.
3.Mail-returning policy:Mails or packages that are not picked up after 15 days of announcement will be returened automatically.
