Administrative Objectives
The Office of General Affairs is responsible for a variety of affairs on teaching, research,or activities held on campus.The entire staff at this Office is always working hard to provide services, manage related affairs, or promote the development of the university with the spirit of support and service in the hope that a quality-teaching environment can be created for both faculty and students.
Administrative Features
Bearing in mind the spirit of support and service, each member of our staff is eager to take challenges and would like to be the first to serve. In order to facilitate the development of the university, all of us are willing to sacrifice our spare time, make every effort, ask for nothing in return, claim no credit, perform tasks with prudence, and deal with unexpected changes properly.
Administrative Sections
Section of Maintenance Management: building and maintaining the constructions or facilities on campus.
Section of Resource Management: in charge of procurement of various properties, documentation and stationery management, documentation receiving and sending; provides postal service; restaurants management.
Section of Financial and Property Management: receiving and payment, transference, deposit, collecting and submitting of registration and related fees; management of school property; dormitory data management.
Section of Environment Management: in charge of on-campus parking, campus security, issuing of entrance pass of cars, enhancement of the university’s environment and general affairs.
As we keep developing innovative ideas of service, we would like to achieve sustainable development of our university by employing information technology, streamlining our organization, and enhancing our administrative performance.
